Tirando o top + que dava aos sábados à tarde, não havia programas de música nem de videoclips nos dois canais da RTP nos anos 80. Por isso, quando começou um canal experimental, directamente da Holanda, em que passava um top DIÁRIO!!! foi a desbunda total. Ainda por cima era apresentado pelo divertido Adam Curry e chamava-se The Final Countdown. Começou a receber tantas cartas de Portugal que até veio ao nosso país várias vezes! Lembro-me em especial da apresentação de um video-pedido, de uma pessoa que era da Baixa da Banheira e o ele apresentou o videoclip deitado debaixo duma banheira! Enfim, velhos tempos...
